OpenDXP Bundles & Ecosystem Support

The OpenDXP bundles are central components of our ecosystem. They originate from real projects, are in productive use and are continuously developed further. The aim is to provide proven functionalities in a structured manner, keep them technically up to date and operate them in a stable manner over the long term.
In order to ensure this quality in the long term, the bundles can be obtained via the OpenDXP Ecosystem support.
Open source & ecosystem approach
The OpenDXP bundles have been updated to GPLv3 and are provided under this open source license. They therefore remain transparent, open and usable by the community.
The OpenDXP Ecosystem Support is not a classic license model, but a structured development model. The contribution is used to finance:- ongoing care and maintenance
- technical further development
- Quality assurance and testing
- Security and bug fix updates
- Compatibility adjustments to the OpenDXP core
- Strategic roadmap further development
The OpenDXP Ecosystem Support contribution will be invested 1:1 in the further development of the bundles and the core system. This benefits the entire OpenDXP Ecosystem.
Migration of proven DACHCOM bundles
The established bundles from DACHCOM.DIGITAL AG - both open source and previously proprietary extensions - have been migrated, modernized and technically updated for the OpenDXP ecosystem.
This means that proven functionalities are available in a compatible and enhanced form within the OpenDXP ecosystem.
What does OpenDXP Ecosystem Support include?
With active ecosystem support, customers receive:
- Access to the agreed OpenDXP bundles
- Ongoing updates during the contract period

Use in any number of projects
A central idea of our model: A purchased bundle can be used within your own organization in any number of your own projects.
There is no project-related restriction or installation-related restriction.
This creates planning security for agencies, integrators and companies with multiple platforms or client structures.
Our approach promotes reusability, scalability and long-term architectural decisions.
Provision & access
As part of OpenDXP Ecosystem Support, private GitHub access including an individual access key is provided.
Through this access, the purchased bundles can be securely versioned and directly integrated into existing development and deployment processes.
Flexible purchase models (individual, package, complete)
The OpenDXP Feature Bundles can be obtained as required.
Our model has a modular structure:
You purchase exactly the feature bundles that make sense for your technical and organizational requirements. Ecosystem support is based on actual needs - so you invest in the components that you use productively.
Individual feature bundles
Specific reference to individual extensions for clearly defined requirements
Package solutions
Combination of multiple feature bundles including support contingent - ideal for agencies, integrators and organizations with multiple projects or standardized setups
OpenDXP Complete
Access to all OpenDXP bundles including extended support contingent - for strategic platform approaches and long-term partnerships
Additional support can be added transparently on a time and material basis if required.
Use after the end of the contract
Bundles that have already been purchased can continue to be used productively under the GPLv3 license even after the contract ends.
After the end of the contract, the last version purchased will remain usable; new updates, further developments and support services will not apply.Individual offer
Requirements and project sizes differ - that's why we are happy to create a customized offer tailored to your technical, organizational and strategic needs.
